Terms & Conditions

2.1 Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and is non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.

2.2 Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the collection date as specified in your booking confirmation.

2.3 Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit will be required upon collection of the motorhome. This will be returned after inspection of the vehicle upon return, subject to any damage or cleaning charges.

2.4 Additional Fees: Additional charges may apply for optional extras including but not limited to:

• Use abroad permissions
• Pet accommodation
• Late return fees
• Additional mileage beyond agreed limits
• Cleaning charges if vehicle returned in unsatisfactory condition

3.1 Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your booking by contacting us. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• More than 60 days before hire: Deposit forfeited
• 30-60 days before hire: 50% of total hire cost
• Less than 30 days before hire: 100% of total hire cost

3.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical failure or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative vehicle.

3.3 Early Return: No refunds will be provided for early return of the motorhome.

4.1 Minimum Age: The main driver and all additional drivers must be at least 25 years old (or as specified in your booking).

4.2 Driving Licence: All drivers must hold a full, valid UK or EU driving licence for at least 2 years. International licence holders may require additional documentation.

4.3 Additional Drivers: All additional drivers must be declared at the time of booking and meet the same requirements as the main driver.

5.1 Permitted Use: The motorhome must only be used for leisure purposes and in accordance with UK road traffic laws.

5.2 Geographical Restrictions: Use outside the UK is not permitted unless specifically agreed and additional fees paid.

5.3 Prohibited Activities: The following are strictly prohibited:

• Smoking inside the motorhome (unless agreed)
• Carrying more passengers than seatbelts available
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Using the vehicle for racing or competitive events
• Subletting or commercial use of the vehicle

5.4 Pets: Pets are only permitted if declared during booking and the pet fee has been paid. You remain responsible for any damage caused by pets.

6.1 Insurance Cover: All motorhomes are covered by comprehensive insurance. You will be responsible for any excess charges in the event of damage or theft.

6.2 Customer Liability: You are liable for:

• Any damage to the motorhome, including interior and exterior
• Loss of keys or accessories
• Misfuelling or wrong fuel type
• Damage to the motorhome roof or underside
• Damage caused by negligence or breach of these terms

6.3 Breakdown and Accidents: In the event of breakdown or accident, you must contact us immediately and follow our instructions. You must not arrange repairs without our prior authorization.

6.4 Third Party Liability: We are not liable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings or those of your passengers.

7.1 Vehicle Inspection: A full inspection of the motorhome will be conducted at collection and return. Any pre-existing damage will be documented.

7.2 Handover: You will receive a full demonstration of the motorhome's features and operation. Please ensure you understand all aspects before departing.

7.3 Return Condition: The motorhome must be returned:

• At the agreed date, time, and location
• In the same condition as collected (fair wear and tear excepted)
• With a full fuel tank and toilet cassette emptied
• Clean and tidy inside and out

7.4 Late Return: Late return charges will apply if the vehicle is not returned by the agreed time. This may also result in cancellation charges for the next customer.

8.1 Our Liability: We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your hire, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, accommodation costs, or travel expenses.

8.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8.3 Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability under these terms is limited to the total amount paid by you for the hire period.

9.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your motorhome hire.

9.2 Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any amendments will apply to bookings made after the date of change.

9.3 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9.4 Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
