Our Automatic Motorhome: The Elddis Evolution 196

The automatic Elddis Evolution 196 is a 2026 model with a 2.2 litre diesel engine producing 140 brake horsepower. It has six seatbelts, a fixed rear double bed, a large overcab sleeping area, and a convertible lounge - sleeping up to six people in comfort. The kitchen has a full hob, oven, fridge, and sink. The bathroom has a hot shower, toilet, and washbasin. Heating, a dining area, and all the bedding, crockery, and cooking equipment are included in the hire. At 7.3 metres long and 2.7 metres wide, it is the same size as the manual Evolution models in our fleet. The difference is entirely in how it drives - and that difference is significant.
